These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Scubia platform, as well as the relationship between Scubia and the users who use it, whether as divers looking for dive centers or as dive centers listing themselves on the platform. Using Scubia implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Scubia is a marketplace that makes it easier to discover Mediterranean dive centers, allowing users to search for, compare, and contact them via WhatsApp, phone call, or their website. Scubia does not organize, operate, or directly provide diving activities, courses, or equipment rental: those activities are provided exclusively by the dive centers.
Certain Scubia features, such as listing a dive center, may require prior registration. Users agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, and to keep their login credentials confidential.
Booking any diving service, course, or activity takes place directly between the user and the dive center, outside the Scubia platform. Scubia does not take part in forming the contract, in payment for the service, or in its performance, and is not a party to the resulting contractual relationship. Any issue relating to the provision of the service (cancellations, quality, safety, refunds) must be resolved directly with the relevant dive center.
Users agree to use the platform diligently and lawfully, not to submit false or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights, and not to use it for purposes other than those intended.
Dive centers listed on Scubia agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information about their services, prices, certifications, and conditions, and to comply with applicable regulations on safety, training, and tourism and sports activity.
Prices and conditions shown on Scubia are provided by the dive centers themselves and are for informational and guidance purposes only. Scubia does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or availability of this information and recommends confirming prices and conditions directly with the center before booking.
Scubia will not be liable for damages arising from services provided by dive centers, nor for the accuracy of information published by them. Scubia will also not be liable for the inability to access the website due to causes beyond its control, nor for the content of third-party websites linked from the platform.
Scubia may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this same page, indicating the date of the last update. Continued use of the platform after changes are published implies acceptance of them.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the law, without prejudice to any rights consumers may have under consumer protection regulations.
